   Booked a van and a trailer, traveled 3 hours to pick them up. Got there and was told my trailer was not available, despite it clearly sitting there along with other suitable trailers. They gave me a flat bed trailer instead, meant I couldn't move my motorbike and other items when moving houses. Cost me thousands of dollars as I had no other time to move my things. Got a small superficial scratch on the dinged up van. They said it was ok and not to worry about it, then charged me a large amount for it without telling me, and even lied about it.

   Not happy at all!!!!!! Hired a small digger, $230.00 for four hours. The trailer the digger came on, didnt have a working jockey wheel he had to use the digger bucket to life it up to hook it on. The breaks on the trailer stayed on, which made it hard to tow and my 3 liter ute chewed through diesel. The digger didnt start. Had to call them up to sort it out. The tracks on the digger were torn. And it obviously had not been serviced in a long time. Over all I wouldnt give it more than half a star. Personally I would not waist my money hiring from here again.
