Jena and James worked on my upper back and knee. With a holistic view , both hands on, acupuncture and exercise for home I was able to work without back pain and kneel on my knee again. Highly recommend them but you have to do your homework too.

So glad i found Jina and James. Amazing care and communication. Very hands on as well as offering exercise at home to help in recovery. They also offer acupuncture alongside the physio and the infrared light they have been using on my broken bones has really helped.
