Took my mum for a back x Ray yesterday.She is extremely frail and unwell.I would like to say thankyou to the young lady for the kindness and respect she showed my mum. You made her day.

Rang at 3.50pm to make sure Morrinsville was open for emergency xray for my daughter. Even though open till 4.30pm said they need to be closed early due to road works back to Hamilton. Telephone person wasn't helpful at all. I am disabled so can't drive to Hamilton guess now I have to get Ambulance to take her as Hamilton over an hour away and I can't drive that far.

Had an xray and they had the report through to the G.P by the end of the day. Extremely efficient. Radiologist was very friendly and professional & super lovely

I went there to get an internal ultrasound the lady (Andrea Hurren) was doing it she was rough and rude and pushed me around she didn't even tell me she was going to put it in she just shoved it in. I now have problems standing up without pain. I am 17 now she might have been a lot older then me but her respect was not there I was confused because it was my first time getting one done I do not recommend going there for a internal examination they don't treat you right.
