Poor coms regarding replacement hearing aids. Expected a pair ended up with 1 new and 1 old that would not sync together to my phone.
Receptionist broke my wifeβs hearing aid, and replaced tubing on the other with the incorrect one making it nearly unusable.
They go that extra mile to help
