Went and saw Dr for a sore and severely swollen hand. Told me it was either broken or Gout (it was neither). Sent me off for an xray. 24 hrs, $110 and three of my own phone calls later to chase it up I still had no diagnosis, no treatment plan, no medical certificate (even though I asked for one at the time) and was told I’d have to come back and pay another $55 to get one. When you are not in with the Dr it’s as if you don’t exist at this place.
