   Had someone hit our car when parked. Luckily they were insured and left their details. I've never claimed insurance ever. The process was smooth with tower insurance and we took the car to hussey for inspection. The repair was done quickly and to a very high standard super impressed. Great communication too. Thanks

   They had my campervan for two weeks and did no work on it. They had their excuses saying they were understaffed etc but they never called to explain. I went round after two weeks and my van was parked outside no work done. Even more amazing was the attitude when I asked for my van back, like I was in the wrong. Amazing, in a bad way. So no recommendations, slack and rude.

   Highly recommend! I had an 'oopsie' that resulted in a new front bumper for my vehicle. They kept me up to date on when the parts would arrive and because they knew I needed my vehicle for the weekend they pulled out all the stops to have it ready (and washed!) for me in time for the weekend. Fantastic customer service and repair work, and my car looks great with its new nose job! Thanks so much.

   Customer service, what customer service? The office woman was so incredibly rude and micro manages the place. Runs around the place like G I Jane!!!! Never had to pay for a loan car at a panel beater’s or mechanic’s before. The insurance company excepted the claim on the 18 th February and Hussey were informed. I got a call around three in the afternoon on the 28th of February from Hussey, saying the work had been completed and I had four hundred dollars excess to pay. l re-rung the insurance company and put on hold for ages due to high demand. They had to re ring and confirm to Hussey the excess had been wavered. Makes me wonder if l hadn’t rung the insurance company, would they of made me pay the excess, probably . So now it’s getting on to five o’clock in the evening, the office woman came out with clip board in hand and asks why l hadn’t filled up the loan car? I offered to give her cash. l explained, l didn’t want to get there and them be closed as it was nearly five. She refused the cash and told me l had to go to the service station and fill up the loan car. Then when l got back from doing that, the Forman had gone home with my car keys in his tool box. So l had to wait for him to drive back to Hussey!s with my keys. Then one of her co workers says, “looks like we’re going to getting out of here late tonight”. Then jokingly goes back n to says , “it’s hard to get good staff these days”.Really!!!! The moral of the story is, well you tell me? Think it’s pretty much self explanatory. They are so money oriented, to the extent, stuff the service and the customer. I was treated like l was in the wrong by this patronising woman The place is all smoke and mirrors if you ask me. Never ever again.
