For an IT illiterate tradesman like myself they have gone above and beyond to get my office and admin staff up to scratch and I've loved the personal touch when needed as they can come out to my factory or do things remotely with ease.    Absolutely can't recommend this company enough. Hendrick, within minutes fixed my plotter driver issue. What I'd spent 70 odd hours trying to work out myself! Lovely young man to boot! He did a good amount of "housework" on my laptop to get it running at its full potential. And a couple of other issues.    The Lions Club of New Brighton was looking for a shared file solution and was really struggling. Daniel listened to my description for only a few minutes and suggested Microsoft Teams. It was the exact solution to our requirement. Daniel set it up very quickly and kept us appraised of progress all along the way.    I took my tablet in to be sorted out. A friend had recommended them. A young guy fiddled with it pretty casually. After half an hour he shrugged and said he didn't know what was wrong. But he charged me $70 which I felt was steep as he had been no help at all. 2 weeks later I took the tablet in to the library. A guy there spent 10 minutes on it and got it sorted. Thank goodness for the library.
