   I've been dealing with Gibbons Engineering for over 25 years, ordering ute decks, light truck decks and car trailers...and its always been the same serice and experiencve I recieve - easy, simple, clear, honest and acurate. There biggest issue is always they are so popular, sometimes you just have to join the que, wait a little, and be patient to get what you need. Thats the price of dealing with a popular company. I highly recommend using this company.

   Don't get me wrong! Their trailers come with a pretty good reputation. However, we visited their business premises, got information and were told they were busy. Thats okay, we were not in a huge hurry. Arranged to get a quote for what we wanted, two alternatives. Waited 2 weeks and phoned to see how the quote was coming along. Got a response that frankly surprised us... they are too busy, don't want the order don't make one of our alternatives now etc.... our message is.... sort your sales people out, take trailers you no longer make off your website and don't falsely advertise! We are very disappointed would have been customers.

   We purchased a tandem trailer 02 December 2020 cost just under 7k. At the time of purchase we ordered a cage plus ramps. We were told they were busy. But we were going to have top priority on their return to work 11 January 2021. We were shocked to be advised today 05 February 2021 that they haven’t even started the cage nor ordered our 1.8 ramps. Very disappointed as we have a trailer that’s 2 months old that we have not been able to use.
