Staff really friendly and helpful. Worked through registration, choosing the right sized unit and induction process efficiently. Very helpful sundry products to make the storage easier.
Nice people to deal with … very good customer service … with courtesy free loading truck use - but only one available , so tight scheduling - suggest would need another van or truck for customer use…

The only criticism is that I find the loading and unloading lanes are narrow, and the trolleys good be more spread out throughout the facility. I have used several storage facilities other the last 10 years, and I like Storage King the best.
