   Had the worst customer service at Morrinsville Toyota. After returning from a Toyota Prado test drive, the sales lady was extremely rude, unhelpful, and gave us unpleasant looks. She didn’t listen to what we were looking for and told us the car we liked had already been sold — yet the same vehicle was still sitting outside. That felt dishonest and unprofessional. We decided to visit Ebbett Hamilton Toyota instead and booked a brand-new Prado there. The difference was night and day — Craig and the team were respectful, honest, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend Ebbett Hamilton Toyota if you want great service and people who care about their customers.

   Up until the last visit to Ebbett Morrinsville, we had great service from them. Last visit, the Camry had its 45,000km check. Shortly afterwards the car wouldn't start in driveway. Battery was flat and smoke was coming out when we took caps off the battery. Now the battery check was part of the 45K check. it took 600mls of water to bring the battery water level back to normal. At this point the battery wouldn't hold a charge and had to be replaced. We informed Ebbett Morrinsville, but got no response, we even got a survey from Toyota about the service. We filled the survey out detailing our negative experience, we got no response from them either. Ironically we started getting emails and text messages from Ebbett Morrinsville recently reminding us that our next service was due and to book in with them. We sent them another message explaining why we wouldn't be returning to Ebbett Morrinsville and this went unanswered too. We will be getting our Camry serviced at a different Toyota dealer shortly, oh and by the way we bought a new Tesla so we don't have to worry about getting it serviced..
