   Big shout-out to Brian for his professionalism and deep knowledge — he took the time to explain the cause behind the tyre failure (even though the last alignment wasn’t done through them) and made sure I had all the right information before fitting the new tyres.    The staff at Advantage Tyres went out of their way to help me out of a pickle (bothersome situation). On Thursday, I limped into work with a flat tyre. I thought I would drop the whole wheel off for a quick puncture repair, until I was able to get a new set of tyres over the weekend - I live up towards Auckland. I wasn't able to remove the wheel, it was well and truly stuck. When I rang and updated them on the situation they were quick to send a lovely young man out to the carpark I was in (10 levels up). Upon the wheel being removed it became apparent that far more than a puncture repair was needed, the inside half was shredded with a gapping big hole in it that I could have almost fit my hand through (slight exaggeration- but it was a large hole that went all the way through). The young man put the space saver on my car so I could drive to their workshop to arrange a new pair of tyre. They didn't have my size in stock at the time so had to arrange for them to be delivered and would be able to fit them the following day. I explained that I lived out of town and was needing to arrange either accommodation for the night or transportation home (and back), I stepped out to make some calls. When I returned they had made all the necessary arrangements to have my car back on the road in a few short hours (it was well after lunch by this time). I picked my car up to find that they had not only put new tyres on, they had done a rotation and alignments too. I was expecting to pay extra for the amazing and quick service (and I would have happily), but was taken back when I got the invoice. Great job at a great price, and all with a smile from a really lovely bunch of people. Thank you so much Advangage Tyres!!
