   Disappointed with Staff that were present today 24/6/25 as a family we were in town having lunch with family from overseas we had just had our Grandfathers 1yr memorial. While my father was saying farewell to grandchildren a local lady (according to the shop assistant) was taking photos of him while embracing his grandchildren without permission!!! This local lady then scurried into Bed Bath & Beyond. I asked this lady why she had taken the photos and then ducked off into the shop to hide knowing she had been caught doing this. I said it was rude to take photos of children without permission the shop assistant cut in and said I was not to be in the shop as this was a local lady and a regular in the shop all the time. Well my mother in law was just in the shop had made a purchase and yet they chose to defend this ladies actions. I really hope Bed Bath & Beyond don’t condone people blatantly taking photos of kids without their parental consent. Please do better workers of BB&B Te Awamutu.

   Was in store today and this lady was taking pictures of our family including children as a normal person would confront something like this tell me why the store people were defending and protecting the person harassing and taking pictures These store people wear glasses and are both blonde

   I always LOVE coming here!! Great prices, friendly service always the girls in there always greet you with a smile too, it makes a difference to be served with a smile (: I come here to get soap sometimes, and other comfortable items so glad we have this store in te awamutu!

   I have experienced rude service previously from the blonde woman who works at BBB Te Awamutu, as I see others have also. I will not shop at this store again (and I am a reasonably frequent customer) and I fail to understand how a shop manager/owner does not take some sort of action when an employee treats customers so abysmally. It is clearly a regular occurance.

   I have never done a review before but I felt so disappointed today, usually this is my favourite store in TA and always leave with some goodies. Today was the last time I shop there after being spoken to so rudely by a shop assistant (the blonde woman who i have since heard has a reputation for rudeness). I purchased my things and checked my receipts to find that 3 of the 5 items had been over charged. It happens and was i not bothered but wanted my money back, the woman then spoke down to me, grumbled and blamed head office for the problems, made me wait till she was ready to serve me as they were busy. I could never imagine speaking to someone in the way she did bad day or not.

   Just been into the store today. And was blown away by the customer service of Josie. I was carrying my 11 month old and 2 pillows and she offered to carry them to the car for me. Not many places offer to go above and beyond like that and was really appreciated. Thank you!
