Excellent service, called in as we had a blow out and they couldn't get us a new tyre same day so they put on a second hand tyre to get us back to Napier with a spare on board in case we needed one. Did the job in a few minutes and no charge. Will definitely recommend them
Quick friendly service 30 mins before they closed. Had a random puncture that day and they got the job done within 20 minutes.
Very quick and helpful when I got a flat tyre on way home. Had me back on road within half an hour. Good customer service also
They helped straight away with my punture, and also had new tyre available as my puncture couldn't be repaired, nice and friendly staff, they also had a new 4 legged helper on the day, was lovely to see
Had the tyre inflation warning come up on my dash after having new tyres fitted. Called Carters the following about it and they told me to "just google how to reset it". Feel this is something they should do before giving the vehicle back or at minimum warn owners this is likely to happen after new tyres fitted and maybe offer to reset it? Don't believe in getting a car back with new warning codes is good customer service.

Scam! Beware! This place has advertised wheel alignment charges as from 49$ for 'cars'. I believe toyota camry is just a 'car' charged me 59$, when asked 49$ is for 'normal cars'! Thir website clearly mentioned that from 59$ for 4x4s only. Shame on you guys. Next time put an advertisement as 'Wheel alignment from $1' and tell the customer that 1$ alignment is for hotwheel toy cars!

Couldn't be any happier. Being extremely mindful of the winter conditions coming. I contacted the team and booked Tyre and Wheel Balance. I was on the phone for work and the guys came and got started on my car. Excellent service and excellent prices. Highly recommend
