   I had some complications with my dental treatment, but I truly can’t fault the care I received. The team didn’t give up or rush me they kept working with me until the pain was completely resolved, and that meant everything. Dr Marissa Low is absolutely lovely. She is kind, patient, and made me feel listened to and cared for every step of the way. For the first time in my life, I don’t fear going to the dentist anymore, and that says a lot. Thank you to Dr Low and the whole team for your dedication, professionalism, and compassion. I’m very grateful

   My husband visited QE2 dental clinic approximately 7 months ago. He had had regular dental check ups with a dentist at a different practice but when that dentist retired, my husband wanted to go somewhere more local. He was told that he needed three crowns and made another appt to have this procedure done. Almost immediately he felt something wasn’t quite right as he couldn’t bite down properly and his teeth felt sharp and “gritty”. He mentioned this but was told it would wear down and be smoother eventually. The bite was uneven and persisted even though he’d expressed concern and discomfort. After 6 weeks, every single crown came loose and fell out. It was bizarre and considering the cost was well over $1,000 it shouldn’t have happened. My husband went to my dentist which is much further away from New Brighton but he was seen quickly, two of the teeth could be re-crowned but the third had to be extracted due to the additional damage done by the QE2 dentist. Highly disappointing and we would definitely not recommend to anyone.

   I was privileged to be given a recommendation by a friend for Louisa Hemm. Best thing possible given my situation. Louisa is brilliant, under takes complex issues without drama. First time for a while I feel a professional has my best interests at heart. This with the up beat environment makes all the difference. If you hesitant or nervous about Dental work, Louisa and the lovely staff will help where ever possible.

   I have been attending QE2 dental now for 2-3 years. My teeth as many of my generation ruined by school dental programs. I have had great experiences at this practice, all the staff, receptionist, assistants and dentists all extremely professional.    I had IV sedation this morning to have 2 teeth removed. Aleisha and her assistant were amazing. I had told them I was incredibly anxious and they were so kind and understanding of my situation. Everything seemed to go smoothly although I don’t remember anything once they sedated me. They have changed my anxious thoughts on dentists that have haunted me my whole life. They are caring and also well priced. I would fully recommend to anyone who has anxiety to get in touch. Hopefully my healing goes well as long as I follow their very clear guidelines for recovery.

   We had a great experience with dentist Alicia Seo. She extracted four teeth from my son’s mouth prior to his braces getting fitted. There was very little soreness or swelling after the procedure, and we found Alicia to be an excellent communicator, friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend Alicia.
