   100% recommend Advanced Acupuncture. Thomas immediately puts you at ease with his calm, friendly manner. He has done such skilled work on my hand injury, using acupuncture, heat and massage/manipulation. As my first-time experience of acupuncture, it was a surprise to also find deep relaxation, emotional release and creative flow during these sessions. And my hand is so much better! Thankyou Thomas and all good wishes for now and the future:)

   I went about 6 times and did not feel any different, in fact my pain seemed to increase. I am also very concerned about the hygiene. The bathroom basin was filthy at every visit, and looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months or longer. The floor was thick with dust as was the computer at the desk. I did ask them on two separate visits to clean the place. Especially the bathroom and the dust on the floor, below the massage table was scary. The skirting boards of the room look like its been years since they have been wiped. I have big concerns and think they would not pass a health and safety visit.

   Absolutely effective - my knee was so painful and multiple visits to osteopath of limited support. GP recommeneded physio. So pleased I saw Adam instead! Could exercise again after the first treatment, having previously not been able to for weeks. Highly recommend.

   I have been using Adam for about 10yrs with no regrets. He is fantastic in his field. At this stage I have a sweating problem which was caused by being burnt 15% off my body. Adam is trying to reduce the sweating and at this stage it seems to be working.
