   I had a voucher and used this to get a wof check. My car initially failed its wof, and I was given a quote of $1,700.00 for various repairs - exlcuding the cost of a tyre that was also required. I took my car in elsewhere for a second opinion the very next day. To my surprise, my car passed with no issues, and the mechanic even commented that my car is in great condition.

   Just had my tyres replaced and I’m super impressed with the service. They sent me a great video halfway through the fitting, showing an overall health check of parts of the car you don’t normally get to see. Shreyash and his team were fast, efficient, and very friendly to deal with. I’ll be back!!

   I bought a $100 voucher from this company after it was recommended to me. It clearly said I’d get $1,500 off repairs, and that I’d only need to pay for parts, not labour. Instead, my car failed its WOF, and they came back with a $2,000 quote, including 7 hours of labour for $1,113. What annoyed me most is that they admitted they assumed I’d need certain work done without even checking first. I didn’t go ahead with the work because that’s just ridiculous. The whole thing feels really misleading. The voucher was supposed to save money, not make things more expensive. Honestly, super disappointing, especially after trusting a recommendation.

   Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. The Tyre alignment wasn't completed as it should have been. We were told we needed 2 new tires which we got but they didn't do the wheel alignment properly resulting in completely bald tyres after a short period. When we tried to address the issue they made us go to a different branch where the poor manager had to try and figure out the situation. Terrible experience.

   Easy enough to get in with a booking. Had four tyres replaced and a couple of filters, one of the filters was incorrect, so one of the guys called me to inform me before making any decisions, and was able to get the correct part within the hour. Prices were reasonable but all added up, so being able to use Afterpay was pretty helpful. Would use again.

   The best service ever. As a single female I have severe anxiety when it comes to anything car related ( having been burnt by previous mechanics). I received a prompt and well priced quote. I went to tuam street chch branch and the service was so extraordinarily good. I received a video during the day to show what they had done plus what was needed so I could get a wof. The video provided me with confidence I was not fixing something that did not need to happen. all staff were friendly . Lifetime customer from now on. Esp as you now offer more services than tyres.
