They failed my car for it's WoF. There was a nail in the tyre. I went next door to bridgestone tyres. It was a puncture. I thank Shirley Auto Super Shoppe for their due diligence. This might well have saved lives. One puncture repair later, and my car passes the WoF. Thanks guys. See you next year.
Great service from the team here at Auto Super Shoppe. Went in to get some new tyres all round. They fitted them super quick and didn’t try to upsell me on anything . The staff in the reception were super friendly, my little dog loved all the attention too. Highly recommend these guys, they do things right
I wish I can give them 0 rating. Highly disappoi ted with their service especially wof. Money making shop. I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from this auto shop during my recent Warrant of Fitness inspection. My car was failed for issues that turned out to be completely unnecessary after I got a second opinion from another qualified mechanic. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for transparent, professional service. If you want to waste your whole day on WOF then choose this place.
I had taken my car to pass a WOF when I was told that my “air bag light” was an issue.. After initially scanning it confirming the problem and telling me I needed to replace my airbag, which they said they would source for me later came back to me after a week to say they couldn’t actually help me at all and charged me about $500 in total just “for labour” as shown from the screenshot. I have since seen to another mechanic and need told the problem is with the air bag light module and no airbag needed replacing.
Disappointed with the service cleanliness I brought my car in to get wof done and I was unhappy to find my driver’s seat covered in grease/ dirt after pick up. Barry is their mechanic, such an unprofessional dude, you will be lucky if he doesn’t leave your driver seat dirty as he left mine. This photo is after their first try to clean it, it was even worse I just wanted to warn future costumers.
I really need to read the reviews first. They don't know what they are doing, you have to take your job elsewhere to get it re-done properly. They even caused minor (luckily fixable) damage due to lack of familiarity with different models. Avoid at all costs.
If I could give a minus I would. Absolutely rip off and never fixed the problem I went in for which was my car making an unusual noise under the front drivers side. Will never go back or recommend, felt as if they fully took advantage of the fact I was female.
I got my warrant today at Shirley. .One happy Customer. Awesome friendly staff.Rebecca was amazing on the phone and how friendly she was with the Customer service. Me personally would give them 10/10 .My Favorite company. Thanks to all the team.
Staff very friendly and helpful. They fitted me in at short notice even though they were fully booked.
