I have been using A Grade for years, as have many of my colleagues. They have always given me great service and advice. I feel confident that they will assess fairly on warrants and do what is needed to make sure my vehicle is safe and reliable. I have been using A Grade for WoFs for a few years, they have always been fair and professional. This time I asked for a tyre and wheel alignment and they did a fantastic job of the alignment - the vehicle has never driven so straight before this.
Excellent!! My partner Paul been a customer for over 15 years. I went for my car's WOF. Crossed the road for a coffee and breakfast, within 30 minutes I received a message was everything was done. Brilliant! and they were honest if something needed to be done or not (old car, some places try to rip you off). I am definitely coming back for service, etc. The lady at reception was very friendly. They are professionals.
This place found an issue with my car that 3 other mechanics couldn’t! They’re real, legit and willing to help! The receptionist is lovely and kind, the mechanics explain problems easily and they contacted me every step of the way! Yeah it was a little bit pricey but considering the work they done, and the fact they actually fixed the problem unlike other rip-off mechanics and uneducated people, I’d pay it all again! I only wish I came here from the start. Thanks A Grade Team!
Team is really comprehensive and helpful! They found a failure with my car that other garages did not find until now! They took the time to look closely at it and found a part which was not expensive instead of going for the easy solution to order a new one. They also let me know what was going on at each step of the process! In one word, awesome
