   I just had the most wonderful experience at Recycle Boutique at the Tannery. Such a lovely environment and energy whilst looking around. The friendly and helpful staff making the shopping experience that more special. My experience was really topped off by the lady serving me, Louise. She was so lovely and I definitely recommend if you’re wanting to go to Recycle Boutique, be sure to shop at the Tannery. In my opinion they also have the best selection. So many good finds!

   I have shopped and resold through this store for a number of years. The process for selling is really easy to navigate both online and in person. The shopping is always great and I've found some amazing treasures here. The highlight has to be the customer service though. All the Staff are just gorgeous humans- friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. In times when great customer service is hard to come by, these guys really stand out with impeccable warmth, and professionalism, happily going the extra mile even when they are busy. My favorite Recycle Boutique store! Highly recommended as a must-visit destination for preloved clothing when in Christchurch. Keep up the great work guys, you are awesome!! :-)

   Staff seem snobby for some reason (its the Tannery in Woolston and it's a 2nd hand store). Dropped clothes off here, confusing system. Had a $600 tagged new dress supposedly go for for $4. Time and time again in Sumner is better to onsell Update: 2023 and the staff still have the same snobby attitude for some weird reason. No greeting or even a glance. The racks are so tightly packed it's overwhelming. Also the prices need to be lower as so many of these brands put old seasons stock on sale anyway

   Love this shop and the team who run it! Every visit I end up getting something stunning and always reasonably priced. Incredible staff who are always so happy - and always offer to hold onto my skateboard/ bag if I’m struggling to juggle, which is so lovely!
