   queued for 2 hrs and when i was the next person, went into the office and told they are close for the day. no proper instructions given to first time customers, and no bloody phone to call for inquiries and even instrtuction. tried to call couple days before physically going but the phone kept ringing. such a waste of time and disrespectful. are they suppose to expect all customers there know what they are doing and already experienced? receptionist is clueless and looks lost. such a waste of time

   Absolute shocking customer service, blamed me and my partner for not having the green sticker sheet even though we tried explaining that we never received one. Old white man was absolutely disgusting with the way he spoke to us. Will never go back and NEVER recommend to anyone. Absolutely shocking. Should be ashamed!!!

He explained everything clearly before the test and made me feel comfortable and confident. During the assessment, he was calm, respectful, and patient, which helped reduce my nerves. I really appreciate his positive attitude and the way he conducted the test in a fair and supportive manner. Thank you, Mr. Miles, for making this important step such a pleasant experience. I highly recommend VTNZ Cambridge to anyone preparing for their driving test.

   Friendly staff, especially on the front desk today, that really makes a difference! It's shocking the amount of low brow stuff the front desk have to endure... Being a Saturday at 9am I decided it was WoF day, got there and paid by ~10:15. I took a book to read while the WoF queue was worked through. My car got a WoF - easy as that.

   So glad I booked in at 7:30 when the opened, by 7:45 there were 7 vehicles in the queue waiting when I was done, seems booking are essential but just like the doctors don’t get you seen on time, then had to wait ages just to pay and leave. Great location and a much needed resource in Cambridge, but I think twice before going again
