   My experience with this company was unprofessional from start to finish. I initially received a $3,000 "quote" for a customised shower door that was fundamentally flawed: • It was not in my name. • It contained zero essential details (no measurements, no hardware specs, etc.). • It required acceptance, which would have made this incomplete contract legally binding for a large amount. After texting and emailing all required information, and repeatedly requesting a valid quote, I received no response by phone or email. The company only responded after I posted an earlier review (removed as I mentioned a name). Their response finally included the correct, complete quote, but it was unprofessional and rude, telling me to take my business elsewhere. The biggest reflection of a company is how they deal with problems. The lack of proper documentation, the extended silence, and the dismissive final response is an absolutely unacceptable way to treat customers.

She worked to our extremely tight timeframes, and Glen installed the job perfectly while no one was home. Overall we were absolutely chuffed with the service and installation. Amazing!
