We will never shop again in that place – Untrustworthy!!! Here is what happened. A few weeks ago, my wife bought several articles and received some additional points on her GoodyCard from Urban Style that she could redeem for a $25 voucher. The shop keeper (may be the owner) told her on that day that she has to redeem the points at the latest by 20 December otherwise they would expire. So yesterday, 19 Dec she went to purchase some products and when she wanted to redeem her $25 point voucher, the shop keeper told her that the points have expired and she will not honour them. She was very unfriendly and said the computer brought the date forward to 19 Dec for whatever reason so no discount although she was within the deadline that she was told when she made her last purchase. So, they did not honour their promise. We don’t care about the $25 but it is the deceitful practise and the terrible customer service that was unacceptable.

Was looking around at stuff and the shop attendee was acting as if we were stealing, when we were just looking at some socks. Pretended to fix things right next to us which most definitely did not need to be fixed. Also, she did not let us look at any of the other stuff without hovering over us. She was rude and was most likely racially motivated.

Terrible customer service. My son tried on slides in store, was unable to walk in them properly because they were tied together. We purchased them, walked less than 4 meters down the street to our car before he realised they were too big. They looked totally unworn. The shop was unable to offer another size and refused to refund (we had been out of the shop for less than 2 mins!). Although they aren't legally obliged to offer a refund I was shocked at the lack of flexibility for local customers. Don't know how they compete with all the online stores and the great stores that offer much better customer service and . Very behind the times.
