   I had box dyed my hair brown from blonde. Went in the next day and they were able to get me in straight away to fix it. Full head of highlights with toner and you couldn’t even tell I had ruined my hair the day before.

   Worst experience ever. I brought a grabone voucher for this hair studio, I had nothing but issues trying to book an appointment, the day of the appointment i get a phone call saying they have canceled my hair appointment and will not be resedualing due to staff member is no longer working there,I was only on the phone to her yesterday as she rung to set another time for my appointment! Now I can't get a refund because they need to do it from their end, they have removed their email address and will no longer answer their phone. Im glad I never got my hair done, God only know what disappointed I might have had. I do want my refund back please. Really unprofessional such a disappointment. -5 starts from me

   Went in for a half head foils and a toner. My hair came out bright orange when I complained she said “oh well that’s just what happens with bleach” I told her I get my hair foiled every 6 weeks and have never once had it go bright orange. She tried to fix it with 3 different toners my scalp was burning and my hair started falling out. I told her to stop and I would get it re done elsewhere. I ended up walking out with orange and bright pink hair. I was crying for the first time ever at a hair appointment and she said “why are you crying for, no one’s every cried about their hai before” Tried to charge me full price and even added on a cut and blow wave even though I had neither then got really shitty with me when I said I wasn’t paying that. Have had to re book at another salon for a complete colour correction which is costing another $300 on top of today. I had to cancel my function tonight as I’m too embarrassed to be seen with orange and pink hair. My hair has snapped off at the roots after being toned and re coloured 4 times. DO NOT GO HERE! The lady next to me walked out as well after her head was burnt by colour. WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK!!!!!! ** UPDATE went to another salon to have it fixed 3 hairdressers looked at it and said it’s been so badly damaged and is going to take quite a few goes to correct the colour. They have never seen anything so bad.

   do not recommend this place or its monthly “ deals” at all!! my hair has un repairable damage now and has literally broken off! after going in for what I thought was simple lowlights and a money piece my hair was already very blonde and I just wanted to make it look a little bit more ashy and have a low maintenance winter look to it I left with under developed orange strips at the front of my face and jet black streaks which turned my lovely blonde colour into a muddy brown brass colour took my creamy blonde and ruined it all while saying she could do exactly what the picture I had looked like, she insisted if I wasn’t happy to go back so I did and boy oh boy not only did she tell me there’s nothing else she can do for me because my hair is now in such bad shape she ripped the brush through my hair while wet ( so painful ) and spoke poorly of it to her colleague not knowing I could understand her in her language, the pictures and reviews this business have are from a time where people who knew how to do hair worked there they now do not! do not make the same mistake I made !!! my hair is literally ruined now.

   Had the pleasure of getting a cut and colour with the team at Raven. I have to say I was impressed, first time I actually got proper clear instructions of why my hair was being cut by Amber in a certain way, what results we were going to get by doing that way. Colour was also designed to be a gradual change rather than a hair damaging strip and then colour. Amber's technical skills were extremely professional, and then Eden coloured my hair, in conjunction with Amber, and I was really happy with the result, and the care I received right down to the wash from the lovely young lady (whose name escapes me). I Would recommend!
