   After years of frustration navigating healthcare as an immigrant to Aotearoa New Zealand, I’ve finally found a GP and an overall medical practice that actually listens, follows up, and has genuinely useful telehealth appointments 24/7 on the app. Not going to after hours or urgent care first is a hugely helpful thing, not to mention a GP as competent as Dr. Dorien, who is friendly and warm and genuinely knowledgeable about a range of issues. I was skeptical of the Tend app but am finding a huge peace of mind from the wraparound services. For how expensive healthcare is getting here, it feels like my money goes a lot further in this practice than it has in years of sloppy and inconsistent healthcare. I NEVER write reviews, so this is from the heart.

   Worst medical practice, have been enrolled since before it became Linwood medical & I’ve had 2 appointments now in a row “rescheduled” due to “unexpected” things? Had doctors lie about things that’d happened when I was pushed from pillar to post with no info or clue on what to do or where to go in the place when I was asked to give a sample, made a complaint and it was swept under the carpet and covered over. Trying to get an appointment is a mission considering the appointment gets rescheduled countless times while you’re left waiting for them to give you another one.

   I'm trying to reorder my presciption online .which I've done before but for some reason it won't let me nor can I email .I'd ring but no longer put money on my phone as it disappears in days even if i do .so now it means a trip to the centre in my car and that's frustrating .the reason it won't let me use it well I couldn't remember a password when I thought I had it refused let me I'm. I'm scrapping this app ,whoch i might add i hace used before as it's easier for me to come to the center even though I had no issues using it last time it's not for me meanwhile I'm ready for a new prescription of enalapril and maybe some panodol thank you Hazel Oldham 101 halberg street .

   This is by far the worst medical clinic I’ve ever dealt with. They are never available when patients are sick, making them completely unreliable and useless in times of need. A clinic that can’t provide care when it’s most required fails at its most basic responsibility. Terrible service, zero dependability I would never recommend this place to anyone. If being unavailable was a medical specialty, this clinic would be world-class.

   Had been my primary clinic for 20 years but the change to Tend has led to soaring prices and massively reduced service combined with less competent staff. Last time I tried to get a doctor's appointment I was told 6 weeks wait and offered a pharmacist appointment instead. Too much to detail but my most recent doctors visit led to a prescription for ibuprofen, which I'm medically not supposed to use, for what turned out to be Frozen Shoulder requiring physio and a corticosteroid injection. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else, as I have!

   Only giving 1star for the kind staff. that aside, It's impossible to get anything done with this place, constantly on hold for upwards of 20 minutes, bookings get canceled, help not being given.

   Hello team please respond. I have been registered here since 2015, today l was six minute late my appointment decline by Dr. it’s not fair, we always wait 15 plus minute to see Dr. they never see us on time. If you value your time please respect our time as well. Enough is enough. Thanks

   Definitely do not recommend! You ring to get an appointment, & they tell you that you have to wait two weeks just too see a doctor! They have your results say they will ring you and I'm still waiting 4 days for someone to ring me

   I'm enrolling to another medical centre. Three weeks to wait for an appointment!!!! It's always difficult to get an appointment here. They change doctors like the weather! I'm going to a place where waiting time is minimal, drop in clinic during the day, virtual appointments so you can be seen on the day!!! Who wants to go to 24hr where it's expensive, when you're enrolled with this medical centre and they can't see you!!Also they rush their appointments!
