I never see such rude staff before. I had the intent to buy stuff but the service was so bad that I'm not buying anything from this store ever again. I would strongly encourage anyone who want to go to this store. Give it a pass or you will definitely have a bad shopping experience.
Sales lady was very rude to another customer. The customer requested to see a bag from a higher rack, but the sale lady just commented that the only difference was the colour. When the customer insisted to see the other colour, the sales lady then reluctantly took down the bag and threw it at the customer. This was a great shock as we thought the people here are friendly and helpful. This happend on 14 Nov 2025 around 1300-1400h. After seeing other reviews. The Macpac company should do something about it.
Staff was extremely rude. Came into the store just 10 mins ago and requested to look at a bag hanging up out of reach. Staff told me it’s just a different colour before I insisted on taking a closer look. Staff then proceeded to chuck the bags at me. When I requested for a new one because of the stain they just stated it’s the only one they have, not even trying to check. Still had the gall of asking me if I wanted the bag with a stain as I left the store. Terrible customer experience! Please do not patronise, I had an amazing experience at other outlets but this is a first.
Bought some sale items. Only one staff there nicely greeted us when we walked in. When we tried to pay other staff at the counter sort of ignored us. Whoever handed the purchase wasn’t patient neither. Just bad attitude especially compared to all the other shops
