Went the Christchurch store for information only, Kasey was very helpful, asked us questions about our requirements. She showed us many products and help us to find what we wanted.
We've used plumbing world for our renovation works over the past 14 years on Banks Peninsula. We've had excellent service and advice. Especially with the more tricky aspects such as matching old fittings etc. We highly recommend them.
I’ve been dealing with Mitch for the last two years and I can honestly say he makes my job as a plumber easier. He’s fantastic to deal with, friendly, has great knowledge about parts and is willing to help out all the time.
Make sure you shop around before buying from this lot. Was charged just over $2000 for a rain shower and mixer with diverter. Went to Plumbing plus and they quoted me less than half that when they both order from the same supplier here in Christchurch. I called them to make sure it wasn't a mistake and was told that is their retail price. They then offered a $700 discount but it was still over $300 more than elsewhere. Never seen such price gouging in my life.
