This clinic has been my family GP since my own childhood, and now it cares for my family as well. The doctors and nurses are consistently thorough, personable, and empathetic - always going the extra mile. In fact, all the staff are fantastic. We couldn’t be happier with the care we receive. Highly recommended.
The doctors are always late, they made me wait 30 minutes and it is not the first time. Wasting my time. I supposed to have my last appointment in that place today, as I enrolled to another place, however, I did book my appointment before that. They sent me a reminder text for my appointment and I went there. The receptionist said I can't see the doctor because I have been transferred to the another medical center. Which I understand, but why they don't let the patient knows this. Another day wasting my time. I definitely don't recommend this place.
Not interested in fixing problems just clipping the ticket and pushing you out the door.
Poor service very rude to patients do not recommend sandra fountain put up with medical issues for 8 years grrr
This medical practice is a very comfortable and pleasant place, the receptionist's are nice and efficient and treat you with respect and I received a quality GP service from Dr. Rollinson. I felt like I was actually listened to and came away feeling 100 percent better about my medical situation. Very professional and good place to go, I highly recommend.
