Told they would help sort me a Counselor and would be in contact every 3 weeks to see how I am..contacted them last November..its now nearly February and no contact since I began..also women was very invasive with questions a & seemed completely unaware that invasive questions were triggering and NOT needed..no apology..shocking!!
