Such a beautiful office, treatment room and staff. Lee was the specialist I had and she was gentle and amazing. Worth every penny. One ear was pretty simple to clear. The other took longer. Lee was patient and professional and knew what she was doing. I can hear so much better now that the wax has been removed. Thanks team!!!
Very friendly and competent staff, cleaned a lot of wax out of our 1 year old's ears. Made the whole process quick, easy and painless and were great with such a small kid. Recommend
Referred here for blocked ear. Very friendly and efficient staff. Got the job done and were able to advise quickly why ear was blocked. Definitely recommend.
Absolutely one of best receptions I've ever received. Took my wee boy for ear wax removal and it couldn't of been a better place. They were patient and understanding when he told them it was uncomfortable and also recommended a few things to do in the meantime while we wait for another appointment to finish the rest. I will definitely be recommending to anyone who needs this service. Thank you to your staff.
I Found it to be very friendly staff. Very knowledgeable practitioner. Some negative comments on reviews seem to stem from it not taking long for their ears to be cleaned? My right ear was far more blocked up and took a lot of work but my left took maybe 1 minute. you're not paying for the time, you're paying for a service. I was happy with the service. Clean ears! and she was gentle with the tools used.
Wowzers. My ear blockage was an 8 out of 10. Took to visits but it was an amazing experience. Life changing!!

I’ve been putting off getting my ears cleaned out for a while now for no other reason than I didn’t have the time. I visited the Ear Clinic today and had an outstanding experience. My hearing is magnificent, don’t know why I waited so long. Diane was so patient with me and I’m on a six month recall, can’t wait for my next visit!!
