   Very disappointed. Had to wait 20 minutes. There was no clear signage as to where his office was so we had no idea. Then he left his phone on throughout the meeting, and it was constantly buzzing and I had to point out its annoyance. Came across as very arrogant. We found the whole experience unprofessional and it left a bad taste in our mouth.

   My husband and I recently had the privilege of working with Ian, and we cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible impact he has had on our relationship. From the moment we stepped into his office, Ian created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately put us at ease. Ian's expertise and genuine care for our well-being became evident as he patiently listened to our concerns and guided us through our difficulties. His ability to create a safe space allowed us to open up and address deeply rooted issues that were hindering our connection. We’re still, very much a work in progress but to Ian’s help, there’s a brighter outlook ahead.
