   Place is very busy. But you can find machine or wait few minutes. Watchout for dryers - saw one with chewing gum in it. Also if machine shows error after you pay, you wont get refund as there is no number to call. - pay again. Also some people don't respect sign to put their dogs stuff just in one specific machine.

   I loved Liquid Laundromat. I though the idea was great and the facilities were excellent. However, don't expect any accountability if your washing is damaged. My bed linen was damaged in a dryer and 100% of the fault was on me for not checking there was an ink contraption in the dryer (I do spin the dryer before putting my washing in). I quickly reported the damage to my bed linen, completed the necessary form and provided receipts etc. I hadn't heard from anyone for 3 weeks so I had to phone and see where my claim was at. The office administrator Tania had been away as soon as my call had finished, I miraculously received an email asking me to courier my damaged linen to Hastings. The "investigation team" quickly concluded that there was absolutely no error on their part and my claim was denied. I was offered a $30 credit on my account but why would I even want to use their business again? They even denied to refund the $12 on my Liquid Card (even though it clearly states it is non refundable) as a measure of goodwill. I won't even give my card away for someone else to use. They can keep my $12 and put it towards their public indemnity insurance. I suggest that locals in the Rangiora/Kaiapoi area should check out REFRESH LAUNDROMAT (Gables Arcade Rangiora). They are a locally owned and operated small business who will want your business!

   Worked well, but I had to buy a card for $1 and then could only add to it in $10 increments. You had to use a card to pay as the machines were coinless. The dryers would only let you select options in 25-minute increments. As we were traveling and only used the service once, it ended up costing $20 to wash and dry our clothes. Tip: Check the trash can for a discarded card. You'll save $1.

   We did our bedding A 10 kg load in the LG washing machines and found them excellent at cleaning and also used the LG dryers but after 30 min the bedding was still a little damp But considering the size of the load I was impressed. Also Laundromat was so clean and tidy compared to others

   Easy to find, off street parking, large number of driers and washers. Uses a card which costs a dollar. Machines are fast too

   Stoked with location, prices and overall cleaning and drying results, however the machines were incredibly dirty where you put the powder in. Not just a days worth of dirt.. I've used others in this franchise often and they've been way cleaner. Really disappointed.

   The big dryers don't dry the weight limit of clothing, we have put in well under the weight and still it comes out damp. It's a pain in the neck especially considering we don't have any other option for laundry currently. This is with cleaning out the lint tray too. The machines also need a clean because the clothing comes out with a smell that is not clean clothing. I think if they were cleaned more regularly and actually dried what they said they did it would be so much better. I understand you can add extra time, but extra time is extra money

   This is a huge convenience to me. I don't have a dryer and don't really have the space for it so having this close to home is great, especially in the winter months. The large machines are great for bedding and the dedicated pet bedding machine ensures I don't feel bad about putting my dogs stinky blankets in a machine.
