After calling multiple times with no answer I Drove 30 minutes to pick up my click and collect and was told that someone must have selected the wrong button and it wasn’t there. No solution was offered by the employee, i felt that she just didn’t care, i wont be shopping with this company again.
Always an absolute pleasure to shop here. I have always found the staff so kind and helpful!! One of my favourite places to shop!!
Th manager here is absolutely the single most rude person I have ever met. Never going back! Still not going to SC branch, but Pagani Head Office were awesome and manage to undo the damage somewhat.
I'm not sure if even deserve a star, southcity store was so so rude Spoke to me like I'm a 15 year old that just allowed to buy my own clothes for the first time(I am 44 year old a mother of two kids). I toke something back..not to get refund just to swap size.. She gave me a lecture how I should of try it on first and telling me that “for all she knows I could have worn it?! I'm sorry love I love my own mirror when it comes to try things on?! and not to mention I have my daughter with me that love going shopping (not)…at the time I brought it. Came back with receipt and tag is still on the garment..and the 14 days time limit which is I only take it back 4 days later (sorry not straight away as I have jobs and family to look after??! What happened in our society this days or even just being a good customer service..how did you get this job and being at a big store like PAGANI??? WOW I'm speechless!!
Love this store, especially Em! She is the most welcoming, helpful, lovely person & I really appreciate her honesty. I always leave with something I love & makes me feel good. Thanks Em!
I cannot rave enough about this location and in particular the customer service SUPERSTAR Em! I've been in a few times over the last few months and she has been incredibly patient with me, always made fantastic suggestions that truly suit my colour palette and body shape, I always leave with the perfect outfit. Thanks heaps Em! I'll see you again soon!
Not everyone knows what they want so we all tend to take our time and walk around the store checking out what they have. I had one dress in my hands and few mins later the staff member walked over and asked if I would like for them to hold the item until I’m ready to pay. In my head I was already thinking maybe they thought I’m trying to shoplift? So I just politely gave her the dress anyway. When I went to counter with a skirt and some earrings the lady laughed and murmured “Oh they’re not even worth stealing” I didn’t react as I didn’t want to be a Karen but this was NOT OKAY. The fact that the lady at counter obviously thought I was shoplifting was extremely rude and belittling and I was bloody offended. Was it because I was brown? Never going back to this store. Giving a star for the beautiful dresses but -10 for horrendous customer service.
The blonde girl working was extremely rude and made absolutely no effort to help. Seemed more concerned about herself than the job at hand. Receive much better service from other stores which are always consistently good. Customer service -1.
