Overall easy process in setting up EPA's online for elderly parents. However an employee in the Whangarei office gave erroneous information to my very elderly parents, causing them stress they could of done without.

Multiple emails sent to request follow up. No acknowledgement of the delay in replying to emails, no apology either. Even when getting the Manager involved they were also rude in their responses as if I was being a burden. Public Trust made the passing of my Dad absolutely horrible. I couldn't properly grieve because they were causing me so much stress by not replying to my basic questions about his will and funds for the funeral. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone and I wouldn't trust them to manage my estate either.
