   What’s with all the alarms that were going off non stop in the kitchen area. We were seated some distance from it and continued all the time we were in there eating our meal. Pretty annoying. Meal was good though.

   Drive through regret - two burgers both dry and unappetising - the "meat" had obviously been sitting around for an hour or two. Only received one of the two fries ordered and no side of BBQ sauce requested and paid for. The Big Texas burger was not big nor remotely Texas-like. Wrong lid on the soda - could not put straw in it. Very poor by any measure. Bad value for money.

   Ordered from kiosk and wanted table delivery but there were no table number tokens available, then chosen dine in option food was given in a take aways bag. Drinks just sat on counter and no servettes in bag . There was a total of 6 people in store so staff we not busy or overwhelmed otherwise we would have understood. All round a clean tidy store but service staff could use some lessons on how to read the order screen . Food was fresh and tasty.

   Asked for little ice and no ice, received half a cup full in both, and wouldn't get a refill because I had drank some. How am I supposed to know there is that much ice while it's in a coloured liquid?? Also asked for the refill only 1/4th through a drink they didn't even fully fill. The mc Chicken was very dry, and the chips were unsalted.

   Two large frozen coke order took 25 minutes. The manager guy told me when followed up that they are processing other people's order. Sounded irate, not even apologetic. Won't even take a minute to prepare while waiting for other's chips and chickens to be cooked.

   Disappointing visit today. It was midafternoon and quiet with minimal staff. Cheeseburger cheese was barely out of the packet, the wrap was cold and didn't have the extra cheese and sauce requested. The iced mocha failed to have ice in it. The staff on duty were pleasant but seemed more engaged in their own conversation than providing good customer service. In my experience this lack of effort and service reflects a culture in which the leaders are themselves absent or ineffective. Great service comes from great culture which comes from great leadership. I do not accept that Maccas and minimum wage mean we should accept poor quality. My coffee though was nice.

   Went in for lunch, and ordered table service (always picked up at counter in the past). Food arrived quickly, and it was all nice and hot - which is not the case with some stores at different times. I was happy with the service, and all the food was up to standard.

   To be honest it's one of the best Mcd's I've been to, the other being Te Awamutu. Clean and tidy and fresh nice burger (serious Angus). Well done and keep up the good work.

   I have visited this McDonald's only three times as I do not live in Cambridge. At least two of the ordering kiosks were not printing receipts. The burger and wraps ordered were good but sloppy definately not as advertised however I was very busy. The staff members whom I spoke with were good but thrown off by changes to our food. The wait was long and I got the impression that the drive through gets priority. The restaurant was in desperate a clean. No staff on the floor. Chaotic.
