   If I could give less than one star I would to be very honest! I have been to many Burger Fuel stores around NZ. This particular one I have visited three times. Without a lie, I have found it to be consistency below average to terrible! First visit and our order was wrong with dairy cheese put in the burger after requesting vegan cheese when placing the order! Not good when a person is dairy intolerant! To be fair they apologised and corrected the order. The second visit and I got an oat milk shake and it was only half full which was a let down. Then on my third visit I found them to be completely disorganised! I was told my order would take 10 minutes…. I came back after 10 minutes, sat while watching customers come in order and get their orders. After 23 minutes I finally had my number called out and I was handed an incomplete order. I asked about the missing oat milk shake and got snapped at “ You will have to wait it is a few minutes away still” Why call my number if my order was not completely ready??? I then explained how I had to drive to the ferry in Wellington and could not wait any longer. She rolled her eyes at me and snapped at me once again stating this is out of their control! That is when I snapped back asking to have a refund for the shake. I also stated that it was well in your control not to tell me it was only going to take 10 minutes.... Also to complete other orders first placed after mine. The other girl who refunded me apologised and I am sure she understood. The rest of my order was stone cold, the burger was missing one of the ingredients it was supposed to have and the chips were over cooked, cold and over salted. I did ask at the time of the order for no salt on the chips too! It all went into the bin in the end. Why operate a business if you can not even employ competent staff who don't respect their customers. I will be following up with Burger fuel NZ over this as it is not acceptable!

   Look I’ll start this off with saying one of the artists in the kitchen is named Seth and Seth is a great man who knows how to make a good spud fries like I mean best chips I’ve had from this company and they were cooked to perfection. Thank you Seth I will think about these chips for my ever long life. Kind regards Spud fries enjoyer

   Why is the Cambridge burger fuel such a let down compared to the Hamilton ones, but it’s run by the same person?? There is always something wrong with my order. In the past month alone - forgot my daughters chips that were to go so we waited over 20 minutes because they lost the docket, purchased an extra punnet of a aioli and it was forgotten. And tonight I had a black hair on my burger. Getting reeeeal tired of it, maybe you should look into hiring some adults to work there?!

   Store was very clean inside & out, tables were neatly placed an even distance apart where we weren't so close to each other. The food was AMAZING !!!!! I order the American Muscle Dpuble and it over exceeded my expectations. Was 100% worth it and would definitely go back

   We love going to Burger Fuel for a special treat. Lovely clean store, always great service, really nice in the evenings with pretty lighting and sunny in the afternoon. Good, fast food but way better than the usual burger joints. A bit more spendy but well worth it. Loads of parking spaces too.

   Came in at 5.30pm for takeaway and we left at 6.13. We waited 45 minutes for a couple of combos. Things we asked to be left out of our burgers were just ignored also, rending one of them unedible due to allergies. Very disappointed in this visit.

   Excellent burgers and fries. Very quick and friendly service especiallyright at dinner time on a holiday. My burger came with onion rings which I don't care for but hubby was very happy to accommodate. Only reason for less than all 5 star is the music a bit too loud with a lot of beat but that's personal opinion.

   7 staff. It took 4 to hold up the counter and only 3 worked as I waited for my on line order. To be fair if you are not busy you should be cleaning the front counter. It is after all what is seen when you 1st walk in. A staff training sign on the counter. I wouldn't be impressed if my staff we being trained and paid to gossip. I arrived at the time given to collect my order and left 20minutes later when it was actually ready. 1st time going and wasn't an overly pleasant experience.
