   Rang the store to check stock levels for an Alpaca duvet as it had been hard to find! Michelle the store manager looked after me, and she was fabulous - climbed ladders for me whilst I waited on the phone to ensure she had what we were after. Ran into the store with 10 minutes to spare before close - though she never made us feel rushed or like we were taking up her time. Watch out though...she had us leave with more than just a duvet! Many items later we finally left, and she even helped carry everything to the car for us! Absolutely amazing lady with impeccable service. Will not go anywhere else, even though the shop isn't our local it's certainly worth the drive, thanks Michelle!!
