   They have no respect for their customers’ time. I waited nearly two hours just to get a haircut. The barber kept chatting with the customer and took an unnecessarily long time to finish. He even disappeared inside for about half an hour. It took far too long just to complete one person’s haircut. Worst experience I’ve had at a barbershop. I’m never going back.

   I reached around 12:30 and there were five people ahead of me. All of them got their haircuts done, and I waited patiently for my turn after 2 hours . When it was finally my turn, the barber suddenly said, I’m going for lunch.” I told him he should’ve said that earlier, but he just giggled and ignored it. That’s not professional at all. It’s not about the haircut — it’s about respecting your customers’ time. I’ll be telling my mates not to come here, because clearly customers aren’t valued.
