   This is a great place to start working on your marital status and is suitable for all ages 5+, though adults are not forced to go in sessions with those of such a young age. Not only does it teach self defence but it also teachers properly breathing and stretching. If you're looking for a good place to start martial arts, this place is for you.

   AMAZING club. My son has grown so much confidence since coming to KC when he was 4. We did a few classes at a different club and found that the quality of teaching and attention to each student is so much higher at KC. My son now has a huge passion in Karate and beginning to compete in regional tournaments at 6. Dean is a great role model for the kids and leads a great team culture. Highly recommend.
