Got Creatine from HYPA Sports the other day. Initially did not know the clerk was the owner, and was super chill to talk to. Customer service is top notch.
I made an order over 6 months ago (recieved order number and took money out my card), it still has not arrived and I have tried calling, instagram messaging, facebook messaging and contacting through website and have absolutely no reply. Either pretty poor customer service or its a scam
Really great supplement shop, been to so many but this one is one of the best if not the best. The man behind the desk was very knowledgeable and helpful. He even threw in a free shaker for me when I bought my first Pre-workout purchase while out in NZ. I just ordered a restock of their own blend of pre workout, and it took less than 24 hours to be delivered. Crazy good service and great price. Their own pre workout is top notch, super focused when training and no caffeine crash. Great supplement and great people.
It was a great visit today and the sales person was very helpful, 5 star to you man! I have got the product, opened it, automatically swallowed the capsule and realised that the seal was already removed before me, had to throw away all capsules, also did not find any silica gel inside the bottle :-(
Tried the Blessed choc raspberry bar. Really enjoyed it. One of the best protein bars I've tried. I loved that it was only 174 calories. Awesome service as well, thanks HYPA!
Great selection of drinks and always welcoming and knowledgeable service. Go in for protein powder and always leave with some yummy energy drinks :)
First of all, staff service is exceptional, answered everything I needed to know and helped me pick out what was the best for me to have a good workout. Highly recommend this pre workout for anyone wanting that extra bit of push in the gym.
