   Had my nails done here for the first time after Leona clinic had almost ruined my natural nails. One was close to being infected! These girls were amazing! Such a lovely team of friendly ladies who clearly care about what their customers want and strive to achieve it. I was explained that because of the extent of damage to my natural nails it would take some time to nurse them back to health. They really took their time, and were super gentle with the 2 nails that were almost completely gone due to the bad job done by Leona Nails, but managed to make mine look amazing! Totally recommend these ladies!!! They know their craft & they are very customer focused! Will be a loyal client from now on, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

   Great experience getting my lashes done by Kirsty - best lash lift I've ever had! Extremely comfortable. Everyone I met who was working in the salon was also very lovely and skilled. Cannot recommend Lashes and Beauty By Kezia enough!

   Booked in for classic lashes, because I wanted something natural for my first time but was upsold to volume as well for an extra $40(being told they were natural looking). I was meant to be with Kezia but they moved me to Kirsty last minute. The lashes started falling off the day they were done. When I told them I wasn't happy with them and wanted a partial refund they argued. Eyebrows were done good but unfortunately the lashes and customer service was not. The stylist also told me I had a mono brow growing (I hadn't had time to pluck prior). Unprofessional. I ended up spending $180 and the only thing I liked was the eyebrow tint.

   This was my first time getting my nails done ever lol. Kezia was so professional, knew what she was doing and before nail polish was even applied, my nails were looking A1. Kezia strives to make her clients feel happy. She has many colour options and doesn't rush this process (even with me being indecisive af). She took her time and asked if I was happy with the design, before I left. If you like banter, a relaxed environment and good results, check her out. 10/10 recommend, thanks girl, appreciate your work. Just know you have a new client ♡
