   Dear DCH team, Mr Ram Chandru and Mr Narlaka Jayasekera, Orthopaedic Surgeons-I had very bad trigger finger 2 years ago and couldn't grip with my left hand. I was operated by Mr Ram in December 2023 and the overall experience is just fantastic. From the moment I walked in, every detail was taken care of and Mr Ram is a highly skilled Hand & Wrist surgeon. I have healed fully and thank him and team DCH for the excellent overall patient care management. Since March this year, I suffered from pain in my hip and went back again. I consulted Mr Narlaka this time, had the most swift diagnosis and excellent surgical management of my hip problem. I was treated with utmost care, explained the best possible outcome and now having had the major hip replacement surgery , It has been life changing. Words are not enough to show my gratitude to you all at Dudley Creek, especially the surgical skills of Mr Ram and Naralaka.

   This is my first time leaving a negative review since I am very disappointed of what happened today, I had my xray done here but I also have a BOOKED appointment for ultrasound as well. After the xray, they ask me to wait for the ultrasound. Didn’t thought they would make me wait for over 30 minutes since I have an APPOINTMENT. Then I followed up and ask why it’s taking too long… then I have waited for another 5 minutes, thinking I will be attended soon but the Radiologist came out to tell me to wait for another 10-15 minutes because there was still a patient inside. I told them I need to be somewhere in the next 30 minutes. They told me there has been a mixed up of booking… are they for real??? They should have checked in the first place. I have wasted my time waiting for nothing. They told me that it would at least take at least 20-30 minutes to do the hand and wrist ultrasound. Like, are they kidding me??? They wanted me to wait again but I said NO. If I can give 0 stars, I will. This is very unprofessional and will not come back here again. I hope this will be useful for the next patients like me.

   I recently underwent surgery with Ram to address De Quervain's tenosynovitis in my wrist, the pain was unbearable and I cannot express enough gratitude for his expertise and care. From the initial consultation to post-operative follow-up it was very quick. Ram thoroughly explained the procedure, alleviating any concerns, and the results speak for themselves. I was in so much pain but experienced almost instant relief following the surgery, other than the surgery pain. The staff are super friendly, attentive, and the whole experience was seamless. I highly recommend Dudley Creek to anyone seeking expert care.
