   I reached out to the Australian contact number after receiving an order in which one of the gels had unfortunately burst in transit. While I appreciate there is little control over such things, I wanted to reach out and make your team aware of the incident with low expectations of receiving a replacement as I realise it was a genuine accident. What I did not expect was the fantastic customer service offered by Courtney. She was completely understanding of the situation, and appropriately and professionally followed-up to initiate a replacement order which was incredibly generous in its inclusions. She truly was so kind to speak to, and went above and beyond to rectify something that was barely within Pure's control! I could not be more complimentary of the service, nor more thankful for the new products ordered on my behalf. It speaks to how well your team understand their community, and it is safe to say I will be singing the praises of Pure for many years to come! Amazing products, and an even better team behind it. You guys are awesome!

   I have used Pure Nutrition for hydration since they begun. Recently I had an experience where the product I purchased 'went hard'. Suspecting it was a 'me' issue, having never experienced a problem over the last 10years or so, I purchased a second bottle. The same resulted, so I decided to email. I received a response straight away and the customer service I received was exceptional. Receiving a genuine apology and response to my email left me feeling heard as 'a person' rather than discounted. Simply, they could have ignored me or suggested my handling of it must have caused the issue. After all, me and the few people I might have share my experience with, possessed no threat to their bottom line. I since too have received a further email whereby the customer support consultant spoke to the owner and while [without implying fault] suggested a different method of storage, said that they would be looking into future alternative packaging and again thanked me for my email. An indication of a commitment to understand and remedy the issue to prevent future users facing a similar situation and in doing so bettering their product. Only a brand that wants to provide the best for their customers would respond as Pure Nutrition did. A brand I would suggest worth supporting. One: I will continue to support and encourage you to also.

   Lots of companies say they care about customer service and brand values—but you only really find out when something goes wrong. I had a minor issue with a product. I wasn’t even complaining—just giving them a heads-up. Their response? Prompt, professional, and far better than I expected. I’ve been a repeat customer because I genuinely like the product—and now I’ll definitely keep coming back because of how they handled this. Great product, even better people. Pure Sports has earned my trust—and a solid 5 stars. Kudos to the team.
