i went to these guys to do a job that no panel beater enjoys which was repairing a door lock.They completed the job with a smile even though it wasn't straight forward. i am so relieved i can now pass a wof. Great communications and service. Our car had spent two months with another panel repair shop in Cambridge with no communication and nothing done. It was moved to Collision Collect, 3 weeks later it is back on the road. Very friendly and helpful would definately recommend as the place to go in Cambridge
Have had my car repaired twice now by Collision Connect, super happy both times with the service and workmanship. Friendly and easy to deal with, even helping organise a loan vehicle. My car was returned cleaned as well, even the mess left over from underneath my son's carseat had been vaccuumed for me! The whole process was pleasant and stress-free.
