Friendly and knowledgeable team here. Young man on reception was a new friendly face i havnt meet before.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely disgusting. They're trying to charge me hundreds of dollars for services I never received. Sent me to the other side of town for Xrays, and then I repeatedly called them for updates on what work will be getting done, only to never be contacted back by the dental team. After 5 and a half months of waiting for confirmation, I went elsewhere and had the work done. I am now being threatened with legal action over a bill for services they never provided. Wouldn't recommend them to anybody. If you want a professional team who care, don't bother with this place.

I had such a great experience at the dentist there yesterday. I used a grab one voucher for a teeth cleaning and checkup and the two ladies were super proficient and made me feel at ease. The Receptionist was also really lovely and saw me on the dot my appointment started. Thanks so much guys ☺️
In a nutshell: Punctual, skilled, professional, friendly and reasonably priced dental work by Chris & Co..- Highly recommended.
I am not a big fan of the dentist. When Chris found this out, he made sure I was comfortable and explained everything he was doing. He helped me get over my fear, so much so that I will be booking with him again to get some other stuff done. Thanks Chris
I hate dentists and hadn't been for over 20yrs. My experience at Ferry Rd Medical dentist was A1. Friendly people, explained everything well. Dentist was gentle and fast. Cost was as quoted. I was so impressed, I booked in and had all my oral health needs done over 6 months. I would recommend this service to anyone & everyone.
