Will never return or recommend so unprofessional he had no idea it was for a large commercial fit out for one of my properties. We got our first lot of tiles from them, but then when we ran short, they worked their magic and managed to get hold of some more so quickly that there was no hold-up for our tiler.     Would give these guys 6 stars if I could. Completing a bathroom Reno, my partner miscalculated the tiles and we were quite a few short to finish it. The tiles were completely sold out in Nz, but Taylor and Jarroyd were so helpful with souring samples from different stores in Nz. I must have rang 20 times in the process and always very lovely on the phone to deal. Also very happy with the tiles, thanks guys! Would highly recommend.
