Nice and honest people, who fixed little things on the car without the need to ask to get the WOF passed. We came without appointment and the process was as fast as an inspection can be, left half an hour later with a good impression !
The owner provided excellent service at a very affordable and reasonable priceβbrake light replacement, WOF, D engine oil change, and even shared some great tips. I'm very satisfied
I had a terrible experience with this shop. They charged me but couldnβt fix anything, and then they tried to rip me off even more for causing overtime. I went there to install my car handle, but they didnβt adjust it properly before putting it on. As a result, my new handle couldnβt even open the door! To make it worse, they want to charge me extra for the overtime caused by their screw-up. Ultimately, I had to spend $72 at another repair shop to fix the mess they made. So, I wasted $50 at this scammy place. Never going back!

Great place! Took my Volkswagen polo there for my WOF and my left rear wheel bearing was slightly loose and was only repaired 6months ago and they tightened it up and i was on my way! after being quoted $400-600 for another full repair but all it needed was to be tightened! will keep these guys in mind for future!
Been with them for 11 years for our wof. Good machanic reliable diagnosis your vehicle and repair at where it's really needed at reasonable price. I myself would highly recommend No.1motors.
Although the language barrier is a bit of a problem, the owner (Jack) always seems to understand what your issue is, and is always very friendly and helpful. Normally any job is completed on the day (unusual to be more than a day), I normally drop the car off early, and collect it by 5.30, never a problem. Warrants are a specialty of the business. Due to the language barrier, probably a bit harder to book a vehicle in, better off face to face to explain the issue to Jack. I've been using them for 10 years now, I've never experienced any major issue with dozens of times I've used them. I'd highly recommend.
Been going here for years, the owner Jack & the Wof inspector both knew me and trusted me, it got to a point where the inspector would trust me to fix small issues and still put a WOF on. But they have now hired some rude old Man, who failed me on multiple rubbish, trying to claim I need 4x new shocks all around, I know alot about cars and this was not needed, they were not leaking, they were not soft. He continued to be very rude and would not budge on failing me on such a pathetic thing. He insisted he take all 4 shocks out and inspect them, how much would that cost? $80 per hour? Hell No. I took to another wof centre and got a clean sheet. WILL NOT RETURN EVER.
