   POOR SERVICE. Bunch of disguting service crews and a really useless $2 shop (doesn't even have what you need). If they do, you best believe it's expensive when compared to other $2 shops. Frustrated that the other dollar shop across their shop closed because they offer better products and have a better service than this dollar shop. Hope this one closes down also and then replaced by something even better with much better people in it. Never coming back to this horrible shop. Absolutely terrible I am fuming mad as I write this. You've got really rude service crews!

   I bought a hold card of $2.5. When I paid, I didn't check the amount and neither ask for the receipt. The next day, I noticed they charged $92.5 to my account. I came back to Enjoy shop and I explained the mistake. The staff was rude and they refused to give me a copy of the receipt. They said it was my fault didn’t ask for a receipt when I did the purchase. I told them I will not leave the shop until I get it. after a while of discussion, they said I have to wait until the manager arrived. Finally, the manager checked the receipt history, gave me the copy and the refund. My recommendation: always ask for the printed receipt and check it before leaving the shop.

   I know my other review was received because I read it and now it is gone so hoping some one from Enjoy will make contact with me regarding my being charged $130 told receipt was in the bag when I got back to the West Coast it was not there I was in The Enjoy Shop at 1.05 pm on Saturday the 19th of February so surely someone from there can check where the receipt is I am 73 years old and know I was taking advantage of but did not say anything due to the line of people behind me and was relying on the receipt my bank statement shows the $130 I paid

   Name says it's a $2 dollar store but really it is not and if u ask staff for help they will say they particular product is not there but when u explore the store yourself chances are u will find it.
