Students were rude and blew smoke in my face from there vape and tried to kick my dogs as I was walking them on leads as I walked past the school
Bullying is everywhere in this school. The more people ive talked to, the more people have also had bullying issues. Girls High felt it better to punish those being bullied then the bullys themselves. No support from the higher ups at school nor the BOT. Waste of time going to them as well. Do yourselves a favor and send your daughters elsewhere.
Christchurch Girls' High School was established in 1877 and is the second oldest girls-only secondary school in the country, after Otago Girls' High School. The school stands by the Avon River, on a site it has occupied since 1986. Previously, the area was occupied by a mill that was first built in 1861 by William Derisley Wood, which became known as the Riccarton Mill. It is also next to the Mona Vale Garden park.

The education at this school is not the best. They kick students out for no reason, they try to be a private school.
