   Being first time homeowners, not knowing the first thing about buying a house, working with Dennis has been a life saver. He took my husband and I through every step of his plan with care and patience. Dennis showed us how, with his plan, we can be mortgage free within 10 years which is unheard of. Seeing Dennis number crunch in front of us, gave us, clear understanding and proof of just how much this plan works.

   Hesitant at first, is this for real, how is this even possible without increasing our mortgage repayments and working harder longer hours. We did the mortgage analysis, received calls from Dennis who is very communicative, signed up, did the easy online training with Dennis and seeing the crunched numbers, wow! My hubby was blown away too. We cant wait to see progress once we start following our plan as we have just started and looking forward to paying off our mortgage off in 10 years instead of 28.    Started out very positive and helpful in terms of setting up an efficient mortgage payment system. But as soon as I started asking questions about parts of the agreement I didn't understand I was told they wouldn't take my business further. Massive red flag for me.

   I have been most impressed with Freehold Express in the nine years I have been using a better way to pay off my mortgage. My first house, I had a mortgage for 30 years, and had paid off in 6. My present house I have been in for 3 years with a 20 year mortgage, and paid off in 3years. I am absolutley thrilled to have been able to do this with no loss of lifestyle, and even had an overseas trip in 2019.    To all new prospective clients of Dennis Stevenson at Freehold Express, I contacted Dennis a little over a year ago to discuss ways of mitigating interest payments on a 30 year mortgage using the Freehold Express Plan,i must admit at first i didn't expect a whole lot but after several discussions with Dennis and i must say for a busy man he is very accessible,i decided to run with the Freehold Express Plan.So after a year i have reviewed the Plans performance and i have to admit that the success of the plan has been absolutely beyond my wildest dreams. i expect that i will be able to quit this mortgage in a little over three years from now and a saving of around two hundred thousand dollars in interest payments.I highly recommend the Freehold Express Plan and as a financial mentor in this space Dennis stands apart.

   We have been with on a FHX plan since 2013 and honestly, it blew me away! In a few years we managed to pay off over half of our mortgage at the time (we bought in 2010 and the property was $273k). We are middle range income earners and this was exactly what we needed to get ahead of the game. We then had a rental that paid for our mortgage (new build) which we sold and are now building a new investment property. The charges cover - knowledge, advice, and annual reviews. The fee we paid seemed alot at the time, but it's nothing compared to what we have gained, and it pays for itself after a month or two. We received great support throughout also. Freehold express is a legitimate company with the purpose to help you become freehold. It's invaluable!
