   Bought items in store and was told my receipt would be sent by email. They asked for my email when I paid. Hours later, no receipt. I called the store and was told they can’t send email receipts and I need to go back to collect it. I live about an hour away. If you can’t email receipts, why ask for my email and tell customers it will be sent digitally? It’s almost 2026. Very behind.What a load of rubbish.

   This review is more about online service than about Riccarton store, although I used Riccarton store for picking up of my online order. Online customer service was a blunt rip-off and both reps I contacted with my legitimate complaint via email totally refused to help. Would not recommend to buy from this company.

   We were 1 day away from school camp and we were 0% prepared and panicking, so we rushed to the mountain warehouse. We were greeted by Dana, she helped us for 3 hours and helped us get 100% prepared for camp and she was extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend Mountain Warehouse for your outdoor gear.
